This month, Asta brings you an hour long class that focuses on developing spine flexibility and strength. This is an intermediate practice. Backbends are known to be really challenging because it’s a full body motion that requires much more than flexibility in the spine. We will engage our core, open up the shoulders and hip flexors and play with poses like dancer, bow, tiger, wild thing and warriors. The class includes 15 min workshop, breakdowns, alignement, adjustments for more advanced asanas.
